Richard J. Rubin was admitted to practice law in Arizona in 1970 just after being admitted to the Ohio bar in 1969. Rich has practiced in virtually every area of the law. He began his career at a time when lawyers did not specialize in areas as much as they do now. Richard has represented clients in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury and wrongful death, general litigation, real estate and foreclosure, landlord-tenant, domestic relations, wills and estates, bankruptcy and other areas. For most of his career, Rich ran his own law firm. He maintained many individuals, business, and institutional clients. He was sought out by the prestigious firm of Jaburg/Wilk and worked for them for a short period of time before going to work as in-house counsel for Arizona Title Agency from 2002 until 2007. Thereafter, he went to Empire West Title Agency and served as in-house counsel from 2007 through 2009. Rich took a brief period of time off to spend time with his wife of 55 years, kids, and grandkids. He is excited about the return to private practice.
